Visa Invitation Letter
IAAPA provides letters of invitation to our international attendees and exhibitors applying for a U.S. visa. Please click here and completely fill out the request for a letter of invitation.

Visa Information
Attendees from outside the United States may need to apply for a visa at the American Embassy, consulate, or other visa-issuing office in their country of origin. Please make your visa requests early. For information on U.S. Visa policies and procedures visit http://travel.state.gov.

Visa Waiver Program Travelers
International travelers who are seeking to travel to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program are now subject to enhanced security requirements. Effective January 12, 2009, all Visa Waiver Program travelers will be required to obtain an electronic travel authorization prior to boarding a carrier to travel by air or sea to the U.S. under the Visa Waiver Program. International Business Lounge
Located conveniently in the Orange County Convention Center, the lounge allows international attendees to conduct business and relax. Business services such as photocopying, faxing, language translation, and internet access are also available for international attendees.

Translation Services
IAAPA offers free basic interpretation services in Spanish, Japanese, French, Italian, and Chinese. Hours will be posted for international attendees to schedule 30 minutes translation services at no charge. Interpreters needed for longer periods and interpreters fluent in other languages are available by appointment for a fee.

Shuttle Buses

IAAPA offers shuttle bus service between more than 27 convention hotels and the Orange County Convention Center throughout the Expo. Please review the Shuttle Bus Route (PDF) schedule for full details.

Airport Shuttles
Airport shuttles are available to and from the Orlando International Airport. Fees vary depending on destination/departure locations.

The I-Ride Trolley is the exclusive, convenient and affordable transportation to hundreds of destinations within the International Drive Resort Area, inviting passengers to ride to local shops, restaurants, attractions, and hotels. Via Florida's Turnpike

 

From the Orlando International Airport (EAST) 25 minutes

1. Go west on SR 528 to exit 1 (International Drive)

2. Go north (right) approximately one mile to Convention Center

3. The West Building parking lot can be accessed by turning left at Convention Way (south entrance), Exhibit Drive (north entrance) or following Westwood Boulevard/West Entrance Drive (west entrance).

4. The North/South Building parking lot can be accessed by turning right at the South Concourse sign or continuing north on International Drive and turning right onto Convention Way and following to Universal Boulevard, turn right onto Universal Boulevard.

TOP

From Daytona Beach or Downtown Orlando (NORTHEAST)

1. Take Interstate 4 west to the SR 528 exit (Exit 72)

2. Travel east on SR 528 to exit 1 (International Drive)

3. North (right) approximately one mile to Convention Center

4. From International Drive, the West Building parking lot can be accessed by turning left at either Convention Way (south entrance) or Exhibit Drive (north entrance).  From Westwood Boulevard, the west entrance is accessible via West Entrance Drive.

5. The North/South Building parking lot can be accessed by turning right at the South Concourse sign or continuing north on International Drive and turning right onto Convention Way and following to Universal Boulevard, turn right onto Universal Boulevard.

1. Take Interstate 75 south to Florida’s Turnpike

2. Go south on Florida’s Turnpike to Interstate 4 west

3. Go west on Interstate 4 to the SR 528 exit (Exit 72)

4. Go east on SR 528 to exit 1 (International Drive)

5. Go north (right) approximately one mile to Convention Center

6. From International Drive, the West Building parking lot can be accessed by turning left at either Convention Way (south entrance) or Exhibit Drive (north entrance).  From Westwood Boulevard, the west entrance is accessible via West Entrance Drive.

Parking

Attendee Parking: The fee for parking at the OCCC is US$13.00 per car per entry and US$25.00 for oversized vehicles, i.e. buses, per entry. After 5:00 p.m., the charge is US$8.00 per car per entry and US$16.00 per oversized vehicle per entry. The OCCC accepts cash, traveler’s checks, American Express, MasterCard and Visa.

Exhibitor Parking: The fee for parking at the OCCC is US$13.00 per car per entry and US$25.00 for oversized vehicles, i.e. buses, per entry. After 5:00 p.m., the charge is US$8.00 per car per entry and US$16.00 per oversized vehicle per entry. The OCCC accepts cash, traveler’s checks, American Express, MasterCard and Visa. After paying the daily parking fees, exhibitors with appropriate show credentials and their original receipt for that day’s parking have unlimited in and out parking access within each 12 hours day should spaces be available.

Directions: The OCCC North/South Building's North/South Concourse parking lot can be accessed by two entrances - Universal Boulevard (north side) or International Drive (south side).  Using the entrance off of Universal Boulevard is encouraged when attending events in the North/South Concourse.
