IAAPA Attractions Expo 2013 Indoor Exhibit Fees: $19.15 per square foot ($20.15 per sq. ft. after March 22, 2013) Conference: November 18-22 Trade Show: November 19-22 How to secure the best booth for next year? IAAPA Attractions Expo has a Space Allocation for the first allocation of booths. Space will be assigned by seniority, with the tie-breaker being date of contract received. Once booths have been assigned at the Space Allocation Meeting (in mid-April), all other booths will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. For more details on 2013 Space Allocation, visit www.IAAPA.org/SpaceAllocation. Getting your contract in early is the best way to secure a great booth location as we receive over 700 contracts for the Space Allocation meeting and you will receive a discount on the booth pricing. All submitted contracts need to include a 50% deposit plus membership and are due by March 22, 2013 in order to be included in the meeting (payment plans are available as well). $1 per square foot discount for all Global Exhibitors (exhibitors at Asian Attractions Expo 2013, Euro Attractions Show 2013 and IAAPA Attractions Expo 2013 are eligible)
