Registration Pre-Registration
There are multiple ways to pre-register for the 2012 IAAPA Attractions Expo in Orlando, Florida.

This year registrants will have the option to pick-up name badges and purchased tickets on-site or arrange for items to be shipped in advance via FedEx or UPS. During registration, registrants will be prompted to select how they elect to receive their name badge and tickets:
Shipped in Advance (additional charges apply): Registrants will provide a UPS or FedEx account number during registration. All costs will be charged to this account.
Hold for On-site Pick-up (no additional charges apply): Name badges and purchased tickets will be held at on-site registration for pick-up.
All attendees are required to present photo identification or their business card to verify identification. Name badges and purchased tickets will not be released without photo identification or a business card confirming identity.

Badges
Your name badge includes your admission to all non-ticketed conference activities including the trade show, shuttle buses, the kick-off event, and the Brass Ring Awards. It also provides IAAPA members with free admission to non-ticketed, General Interest education sessions. You must wear your name badge at all times while in the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC). No buyer or attendee can be admitted with an Exhibitor badge designation, nor should an attendee try to gain entry to the trade show with a badge that belongs to another individual. Badges can be revoked at IAAPA’s discretion. Lost badges must be repurchased at full value and if found, returned to IAAPA following the show for a refund. IAAPA will review all refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Tickets for Tours and Events
Tickets for tours and events that are not sold out can be purchased at Registration located at the North Concourse and South Concourse, OCCC. All breakfasts, lunches, and receptions are ticketed events with a separate registration fee. Don’t forget to purchase tickets for the exciting events. Space is limited and events may sell out on-site. You must provide your ticket and be wearing an IAAPA badge to attend all special events. Lost or misplaced tickets must be repurchased at full value and if found, returned to IAAPA following the show for a refund. IAAPA will review all refunds on a case-by-case basis.

All children attending the Expo must be registered and wear badges at all time.
Children 6 years of age and younger: Free
Children 7 years or age and older: Required to pay registration fee to access the trade show floor
No children under 18 are allowed to participate in social or networking events.

Complimentary WiFi Internet access is available in all public spaces of the North and South Concourses and educational session rooms. In addition, hot spots will be available at the IAAPA Central booth and the trade show floor restaurant. If you need to use your mobile phone while on the show floor and you are not in a hot spot location, please turn off your phone's wireless.

Electric Mobility Cart Rental
Available for rental through Marshall Robinson & Associates, Inc.
US$75 per day for orders placed before 10/12/2012. US$80.00 per day for orders placed after 10/12/2012. Download the order form here.

The official dress code is business casual. Attendees are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather as some special events and tours are held outdoors.

Provided by American Locker Security Systems, Inc.
Bag check lockers and charging lockers to recharge electronic devices are available for rental in the South Concourse across from room S210. Items will be held in lockers (US$3) and charging stations (US$2/hr) during the following open hours: Tuesday, Nov. 13, 8 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.; Wednesday, Nov. 14, 8 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.; Thursday, Nov. 15, 8 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.; Friday, Nov. 16, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
All proceeds will be donated to Give Kids The World.

Find one of the navigation kiosks throughout the show floor, and use the quick and easy touch screens to locate any booth at the Expo. You can browse the booths by company name or by product category—the locator will show you how to get to the booth of your choice.

Located in the International Business Lounge, IAAPA offers free basic interpretation services in Spanish, Japanese, French, Italian, and Chinese. Reserve an interpreter for 30 minutes at no charge during the following hours.

A variety of restaurants, concessions stands, and food carts are on both the North and South Concourses. Concessions will also be on the trade show floor. Show floor locations will adhere to show hours; hours for OCCC restaurants will be listed at each restaurant.
