2018 Venue

Asian Attractions Expo 2018 will be held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exposition Centre (HKCEC), 1 Expo Dr, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Information about getting to the HKCEC can be found here: https://www.hkcec.com/en/location-transportation

Dress Code

The official dress code is business casual. Attendees are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather as some special events and tours are held outdoors.

Luggage/Bag Check

Luggage/bag check is not available in the Hong Kong Convention and Exposition Centre. Please arrange storage of your materials at your hotel.

IAAPA doesn't offer discounted tickets to the attractions, please visit the HK Tourism Board for local information and attraction options.

IAAPA will provide letters of invitation to international attendees and exhibitors participating in Asian Attractions Expo 2018 that require a visa to enter Hong Kong. Provide your passport information during the registration process and a visa letter will be e-mailed once you complete your registration.

If an individual is unable to acquire a visa for entry, IAAPA will refund 100 percent of registration fees with no processing fee.

On-site & Registration Policies

- To access the show floor, all persons must wear a name badge, including children.
- Name badges are not transferable and must be worn at all times while on the trade show floor.
- Entry to ticketed events requires both a badge and a ticket. 
- Lost or misplaced name badges can be reprinted for US$50.
- Reproduction of name badges is not permitted.
- No photography or video without prior approval of exhibitors. 
- Anyone observed to be soliciting in the aisles, public areas, or in an exhibitor’s booth will be asked to leave immediately. Additional penalties also may be levied. Please report violations to Show Management.
- Personal safety and the security of personal effects is the responsibility of each registrant.
- Lost and found items should be turned into the Operations Office or Registration. 

Failure to adhere to Asian Attractions Expo Show Guidelines can result in confiscation of name badge and removal from facility.
